After standard charging the cell, vibrate it at a vibration table with frequency of 1Hz per minute between 10Hz and 55Hz, the excursion of the vibration is 1.52mm. The cell shall be vibrated for 90 minutes per axis of x, y axes. |

Temperature Cycling Test |
The fully charged batteries are to be placed in a test chamber and subjected to the following cycles: a) Raise the temperature to 75°C ±2°C within 30 minutes and maintain this temperature for 4 hours. b) Reduce the temperature to 20°C ±2°C within 30 minutes and maintain this temperature for 2 hours. c) Reduce the temperature to minus 20°C ±2°C (minus 40 ±5°F) within 30 minutes and maintain this temperature for 4 hours. d) Raise the temperature to 20°C±2°C and maintain this temperature for 30 minutes. e) Repeat the above procedure for a further 4cycles. f) After the total 5 cycles, store the cell for 7 days prior to further examination. |
